Innovative Packaging Design
Strapt-Pak® was developed to reduce corrugate by engineering the product as a structural member of the transit package, rather than using a box as the sole structure. Because of its underlying structural design, this packaging technology requires less packaging material and effectively reduces the transit packaging corrugate content by 40 to 60%.
Improves Shipping Efficiency
STRAPT-PAK® packages are designed to stack on pallets. Club packs, which are preferred by ‘big box’ warehouse retailers typically must be palletized with identical packages on GPMC standard (40”x48”) pallets or the structure can fail resulting in damaged goods. A unique advantage provided by the STRAPT-PAK® structural design is the ability to mix products on individual pallets. This is often the case when preparing weekly or expedited shipments to all retail locations.
Supports Sustainable Packaging
The goals are to improve the long term viability and quality of life for humans and the longevity of natural resources. Strap-Pak® maximizes the efficient use of our natural resources and uses 100% recyclable materials.
